For the hot cocoa: 1 cup 2% or whole chocolate milk 1 ½ tablespoon @ghirardelli 100% Dutch processed cocoa powder 2 tablespoon sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the chocolate whipped cream: ¾ cup heavy cream 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder 3-4 tablespoon powdered sugar ¼ teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Mix cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
Heat milk until desired warmth is achieved.
Pour milk into the cocoa mixture, whisking to incorporate.
Strain to remove any remaining lumps.
Beat all ingredients for whipped cream on high, until light and fluffy.
Pipe chocolate whip on top of cocoa, and add chocolate sprinkles if desired. Enjoy! ☕️
