Ingredients
I 11.6 oz can sweetened coconut condensed milk
1 ½ cups dairy free heavy cream
½ cup dairy free half and half
⅓ cup Dutch processed unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
½ cup dairy free dark chocolate chips
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the condensed coconut milk, dairy free half and half, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whip dairy free heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold heavy cream into the condensed milk mixture, and whisk any remaining lumps out. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour ice cream into a freezer safe container with a a lid and freeze for several hours or until set. Enjoy!

This ice cream can be made the traditional way with full dairy options at a 1:1 substitution ration.
